Econometric Analysis of Kaldor’s Growth Models in Upper Middle Income Countries With Risk of a Middle Income Trap

چکیده

Bu çalışmanın amacı, üst orta gelirli ülkelerde Kaldor büyüme modellerinin geçerliliğinin
 incelenmesidir. Çalışmada ülkelerin tercih edilmesinde bu ülkelerin
 son yılların en önemli sorunları arasında yer alan gelir tuzağı riski ile karşı
 karşıya olmalıdır. verisine ulaşılabilen 24 ülke için 1991-2019
 dönemi ele alınarak, Kaldor’un önerdiği her üç model panel veri modelleri tahmin
 edilmiştir. Modellerin tahmininden önce serilerin durağanlığı kırılmalı birim kök testleri
 incelenmiştir. Tahmin sonuçlarına göre karşı olan söz
 konusu ülkeler sadece ikinci modelin geçerli olduğu sonucuna
 ulaşılmıştır.
